Capability Green is a warm, natural green inspired by the beauty of the English landscape. Use it to bring the soothing qualities of the outdoors, indoors.
The name is a nod to the lush gardens of the 18th Century English landscape gardener Lancelot “Capability” Brown, who remains to this day the most celebrated English gardener. His greatest works merged the rolling landscape of untamed country parks with flower gardens and ha-ha walls.
A color that is gentle and soothing to the eye, Capability Green works well with most other colors in the palette, but particularly well as a neutral base alongside blues, pinks and yellows.
